Ordering
Place a phone order by calling 1.866.WEB
GEMS (866.932.4367) between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday
and 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Our store is located in McLean, Virginia, by appointment only.
Shipping
a. Free standard delivery. Registered
US mail. Allow 7-10 days for delivery.
b. UPS Next Day Air Service is $20.00
+ insurance of .40cents per $100.00 (hundred dollars).
c. International - Process by wire transfer.
Orders are subject to an $85.00 fee to cover shipping and full overseas insurance coverage.
d. Depending on country of origin, there
may be additional duty or VAT fees due. The purchaser is responsible for any fees that may
be incurred.
e. All deliveries must be made to a physical
address and all require a signature, otherwise, UPS cannot complete the delivery.
f. Shipping to an alternative address
is possible by filling out a credit card authorization form and faxing us a copy of the front
and back of your credit card. (Earl click here for the form).
Returns and
Exchanges
a. Articles are accepted for credit or
exchange if returned in its original condition within 30 days. The original sales receipt
must accompany the merchandize. Shipping is not refundable.
b. Refunds and exchanges are not made
on SPECIAL ORDERS.
All returns require Return Merchandise
Authorization. We will provide a prepaid Call Tag. & Return label with your purchase to
be used for returns. Call (703) 349-3318 to receive these and your authorization code for your
return. Please be sure the RA # is on the outside of the box. Without it, the package will
not be accepted.
The returned item must be new and unused
and must include with it all of its original packaging and any additional materials, such
as certificates or insurance valuations.
c. Adhere the Zaruba prepaid UPS label
with the Return Merchandise Authorization number written on it to the original shipping box
or one similar. Bring the box to a UPS office or any Mail Boxes Etc. Please note that the
shipping charges are prepaid by Zaruba.
d. We will call you or e-mail you to let
you know that we received the merchandise
e. In the case of a return, Zaruba will
refund the full purchase price of the item exclusive of delivery charges, if any. Please allow
2 - 4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued.
Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.
f. Refunds will be issued as follows:
If you paid by check or bank wire transfer, Zaruba will issue you a check in the amount of
the full purchase price of the item exclusive of delivery charges, if any. If you paid by
credit card, the full purchase price of the item exclusive of delivery charges, if any, will
be issued back to your credit card. If you would like to receive Store Credit for your return,
please contact a Sales Representative at our toll free number: 866-932-4367
g. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable
merchandise credit.
h. Failure to follow the above procedures
in the time frame provided will result in Zaruba's right to refuse any return, refund or exchange.
i. If you choose to exchange the item
for another selection, we will issue you credit for the price of the item (minus any shipping
charges you may have purchased). You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection
of your choice.
Repairs
If your jewelry has been damaged or is just
in need of an annual reconditioning:
a. Bring your item to Zaruba Gallery.
b. Send your item, via an insured method,
directly to
Zaruba Gallery.
c. Please provide contact information
and a detailed description of what you would like us to do. You will be sent detailed information
and the fee estimate after an assessment has been made.
Appraisals
and Insurance Replacement Valuations
a. Appraisals and Insurance Replacement
Valuations require 4 weeks to process, and will be subject to the following fees:
- Merchandise in current assortment -
$50.00
- Merchandise not in current assortment
with documentation $100.00
- Documentation provided only (no merchandise
submitted - $100.00
- Merchandise not in current assortment
without documentation $200.00
- Lost or stolen items without documentation
$200.00
Special Orders
We welcome special orders. A special order
is a design that is not in stock at the moment and you would like us to make it for you. A special
order may have modifications made to the original design to fit your stone size or finger size.
There may be an additional charge for the labor involved in making these changes. We will Email
you to explain these charges and to tell you the length of time it will take to create your
new piece of jewelry.
a. No returns or exchanges for special
orders so it is very important that you have the correct finger size if it is a ring that
you are purchasing. Sizing may be difficult and costly on some of the designers more unusual
rings that have engraving or other designs all the way around.
